Denys

Product designer who likes measuring things.

I lead design at Drawer AI, a B2B platform for electrical construction takeoff and design. I work across UX/UI direction, product analytics, onboarding and help-center infrastructure, and the words inside the product. Based in Tbilisi, remote-first.

Bio

I'm Denys, a product designer based in Tbilisi, Georgia, working remotely with teams in the US and Ukraine. Since 2023 I've led design at Drawer AI, a seed-funded B2B platform for electrical construction takeoff and design, and I'm now moving into a Product Team Lead role.

[ Two or three more sentences: what you did before Drawer, what kind of problems you gravitate to, and one thing that isn't on your CV. ]

How I lead

Small teams don't need a design process; they need a few habits everyone keeps. Mine: write the problem down before opening Figma, put a number next to every bet, and review work in the product rather than in mockups.

[ Add one real example of a habit changing an outcome. ]

Working with PMs and engineers

With product, I try to be the person who brings evidence rather than opinions: session replays, funnel drop-offs, support clusters. With engineering, I share early and often — a rough prototype on Monday beats a polished one on Friday — and I stay in the pull request until it ships.

[ Describe your rhythm: planning, weekly rituals, how you handle disagreement, how you make decisions with a distributed team across time zones. ]

Figma, PostHog, Notion, Linear, Intercom, Framer, Cursor, Principle.
